As Nathan arrived back at his residence, he immediately embarked on a fervent search for a picture frame.
Given that he seldom kept photographs around, his search proved fruitless, prompting him to seek
assistance.
“Do we have any picture frames in the house?” he inquired, his voice tinged with urgency.
The butler, caught off guard by the request, managed a nod. “Yes, it’s in the storage room.”

Handing it over, he simply stated, “Here, Mr. Carter.”
Nathan examined the frame, its simplicity contrasted by the elegance of the aged gold trim.
Puzzled, he questioned, “When did we acquire this?”
The butler’s response came hesitantly. “Ms. Monroe left this behind…”
